How Wyoming’s Blockchain Laws Can Benefit You and Your Organization

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

“Code is law” is a mantra frequently cited by blockchain developers. While that might work for your project, it may also run afoul of existing laws that could get you into trouble. This session will explore how you and your organization can best use the Wyoming Blockchain laws to minimize risk. This won’t be legal advice!

What will students learn?
The session will focus on Wyoming laws, how they differ from the laws in other states and why you should consider Wyoming as your jurisdiction of choice.

This course is appropriate for people new to the industry, professionals, current and aspiring blockchain developers who want to understand why Wyoming is one of the best locations for blockchain based businesses in the USA.
